5. Instructions for return

5.1 right of return

As consumer you have got the right to return the goods received without noting the reason within fourteen days.

The period is fourteen days from the day when you or a third person named by you, not being the forwarder, have resp. has received the goods.

In order to practise this right of return you have to inform us (GSG Geologie-Service GmbH, Am Sand 9, D- 97080 Wuerzburg, phone: (0049)/(0)931 30 40 8-0, FAX: (0049)/(0)931 99105-90,E-Mail: mail@geologie-service.de) by means of a clear declaration
(e.g. a letter sent by postal mail, fax or E-Mail) about your decision to withdraw this contract. You are able to use the sample form of return which isn’t obligatory though.

For observing the period of return it is sufficient to dispatch the information about practising the right of withdrawal before the period has expired.

5.2 consequences of return

If you return the good received we will have to return all payments having received from you, shipping costs incl. (except from the additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose another shipping method than the most favourable standard method offered by us) immediately and within fourteen days latest from the day the information about your withdrawal arrived in our house. For this return we use the same payment method which you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case charges will be calculated to you for this return.

We are able to refuse return, until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, depending on what is the earlier date.

You have to return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days latest from the day you informed us about the withdrawal of this contract. The period has been observed if you dispatch the goods before the period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of return.

You have to compensate for a possible loss in value only if this loss in value results from a handling not being necessary for checking the properties, characteristics and function of the goods.
